Subhasish Biswas has more than 15 years of experience in project management and process improvements in the field of engineering and IT/BPO. Subhasish is a Six Sigma black belt with depth of execution experience. His core expertise is in delivery and applying quality tools to enhance productivity. He has worked in EIL and Bechtel in the engineering field and also has worked in MphasiS to gain knowledge in the BPO industry. Presently he is working in one of the leading BPOs in India.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (Kharagpur) and PGDM from IIM Ahemedabad
